 Our client had the desire to take an unassuming beach cottage to an absolute showpiece - complete with stainless steel siding and a custom made scent throughout the property.   Some of our favorite elements in the home include the blue bathroom, the double island, and the sleek kitchen cabinetry!

Lake Shore Drive (Stop 21)



A complete gut-rehab of one of the most prominent homes on Lake Shore Drive - Everything was hand-picked and designed by our client!  Some of our favorite elements include the rustic beam install in the master bedroom, the kitchen counters reminiscent of an ice berg, and the statement-making light fixtures!
